Goods Damaged Whilst In Transit

To make a claim via our online claim form please ensure the following:

1. Claim has been made with full supporting documentation within 7 days of transit of the consignment ending.
2. Claused Proof of Delivery.
3. Photographs of the goods that clearly show the issue being claimed for.
4. Sales invoice (to your customer)
5. Cost invoice to purchase goods (or proof of margin if manufactured)
6. Ensure that the cost of the claim is over £100.00 as claims under this amount are unable to be processed.
